The company Arkadinvest is established, that is called, not for no reason. In 1994 the industrial trading group of the companies called Akrit was established, specializing in buying and selling of building materials. In the process of the development the company supplied large building objects with necessary material components not only in Moscow but also in the whole country. For 14 years period of work Akrit company’s staff has got high professional level. The staff was over 130 employees, while more than 1600 enterprises were the clients of our company.
In 2007 for the objective reasons, the reorganization of Akrit took place, and as a result the group of companies was reorganized into 5 small enterprises in concrete fields, for example Akrit Ceramics and etc.
Arkadinvest Ltd was established in 2007 on the basis of the previous experience and usage of the established long-term relations. At present time the company’s staff consists of 10 employees. They are managers and lawyers, the experts of the highest level. As it was mentioned above, the main aim of Arkadinvest consists in rendering competent assistance to the Russian citizens in purchasing different kinds of real estate. And this is not only residential real estate. We render the competent assistance in searching the objects that our clients are interested in, in examining and solving legal issues during purchasing of the commercial real estate by means of supporting the formation and development of small-scale, average and large business in Russia.
The company’s operation is not limited by the territory of the Russian Federation. Nowadays the firm has a wide base of offers for sale and purchases the real estate in such foreign countries as Bulgaria, Spain and Czech Republic. The choice of these countries is not accidental. Our countries have much in common, namely, long standing political, economic and cultural relationships. In the process of the business communication the mutual penetration of the Russian culture into the cultures of other countries is deepened. The contribution of the creative works of Pushkin and Dostoevsky, Chekhov and Tolstoy, Tchaikovsky and Rimsky-Korsakov to the European culture is great. It is impossible to imagine the development of the Russian culture without the influence of the creativity of Bulgarians Hristo Botev and Ivan Vasov, Spaniards Goya, El Greco, Dali and Velasquez, Chechs Jan Hus, Franz Kafka and many others.
